First of all, a big thanks to Cast for setting up and running the leedswestpool site, which we've been relying on for all of our fixtures, up-to-date league stats and banter for as long as I can remember.

I thought I'd try to follow in his footsteps and get a website and the forum back online (although people are free to carry on using the leedswestpool forum's "general discussion" section to chat about this league and the accounts will still stay active on their forum)

It'll take a little while before the site's properly open for business so in the meantime I'll start a couple of threads for fixtures, results and league positions and stick the results up as soon as I get them.

Anyhow, quick note to say that I've fixed a problem where you couldn't create a new forum account due to a missing validation image.
If anyone's tried and failed to create an account recently, give it another shot as it should be working again now

Right, if you're interested in keeping up with the latest scores, I've just about got a new website into a state where you can see the results and league tables for the games I know about.

It's set up to show both leagues' results but I can easily change this if people prefer having a website just for their own league.

There's still loads of work to do so please bear with me but I'm working on the assumption that something's better than nothing

For people more interested in the Leeds Pool League, I'd stick with http://www.leedspool.com for the moment as there's more info up on that site
